The Corghi EM9780Plus and EM9780CPlus Automaticline Wheel Balancers are designed for high-volume tire service centers, car dealerships, and OEM workshops that demand speed, precision, and automation.

These advanced wheel balancers are fully automatic—requiring no manual measurement—thanks to their contactless dimensioning system with an internal laser sensor and external sonar sensor (Sonar AWD). The result is unmatched speed and accuracy in wheel diagnostics and balancing.

At the end of each spin cycle, the wheel is automatically braked and positioned (RPA) for weight application. An integrated LED illuminator enhances visibility for rim cleaning and precise counterweight placement, while the point laser system ensures exact adhesive weight positioning.

For advanced diagnostics, the EM9780CPlus offers optional SONAR technology to measure run-out and provide four specialized diagnostic programs (Fast Matching, Best-Fit, Intelligent Positioning Lite, and Run-Out Measurement). Additional features such as the Hidden Weight Program, Weight Management Suite, and OPT Flash Noise Reduction make it one of the most advanced wheel balancers available.

Both models feature a large touchscreen interface, multifunction weight tray, USB connectivity, and a compact, slanted-front design for ergonomic use. With the optional Winut electromechanical clamping system (EM9780C), operators benefit from faster, more precise wheel clamping.
