These popular caster and camber adjustment sleeves are essential for achieving precise alignment on many Ford and Mazda 2WD and 4WD trucks. Designed to adjust caster and/or camber, these sleeves are easy to install and provide a wide range of adjustment options to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Installation Instructions:
- Remove the Existing Sleeve: Loosen and remove the upper ball joint pinch bolt. If present, remove the top snap ring. Use a sleeve puller, such as the 77880 or 88830, to remove the existing sleeve.
- Determine Initial Readings: To save time during alignment, use the 23199 zero-degree sleeve to establish initial readings.
- Install the Correct Sleeve: Once the initial readings are determined, install the appropriate adjustment sleeve.
Adjustment Range:
- Camber/Caster Adjustment: ±0.25 degree to ±3.50 degree
- Installation Time: Approximately 0.5 hr/side
- Required: 1 sleeve per wheel
