Operating Instructions:

1. Move spread hooks out from the tire platform.
2. Position the tire on the platform, steady it with one hand, and insert the spread hooks over the tire beads.
3. Adjust the spread hooks to the proper height by pulling the quick pin, moving the spread hook arms to the desired height, and releasing the pin.
4. Use the foot valve to spread the tire to the desired width, then adjust the light for optimal visibility.
5. If the tire lifts off the spread platform, lower the spread hook arms to ensure a proper fit.
6. To rotate the tire, release pressure on the spread hooks and rotate the tire on the rollers.
7. Once inspection and repairs are complete, move the light away, release the spread hooks using the foot valve, and remove the spread hooks from the tire beads.
